Our friendly and practical workshops offer something for every level; from absolute beginners to experienced alpaca owners.
We can start you off with an Introduction to Alpacas Day, help you choose the right alpacas for your herd, build your confidence and skills with Animal Husbandry and Management days and offer instruction on Skirting and Sorting Fleeces.
For those who want to knit and crochet with their own yarn, or who intend to sell their fibre commercially in future, see our Full-On Fleece Day which includes a visit to a local alpaca mill to see processing in action. Students have the opportunity to put questions direct to mill staff.
"Well, what a truly inspiring day I have had! I can't thank you enough. It was an absolute pleasure and a wonderful day."

Our workshops are practical, friendly, structured and fun. We work with small groups to give everyone plenty of learning time, so you can ask as many questions as you like. At the end of the training, we give you summary notes to refer to when you get home. We hold workshops during the week and at weekends. Thanks to our purpose-built facilities, our events take place even when it rains.
Together, with our wonderful herd of alpacas, we look forward to welcoming you to Titus Alpacas soon. Janet & Paul Ireland
